These are our own products and working demos — not client case
studies. Each one was designed, built and is maintained by GalgaXpert, and
each is here because you can look at it rather than take our word for it.
A restaurant franchise losing margin to aggregators, an
underwriting agency drowning in partner spreadsheets, and a driver with no
signal in a basement parking garage. Different industries, same engineering.

Franchise Ordering Platform
Built end-to-end · running on a demo brand
A white-label online ordering, kitchen and delivery platform for South African restaurant franchises — the brand, the customers and the data all stay with the franchise.
Branded storefront on the franchise’s own domain, with guest checkout
Menu engine — categories, sizes, bases and toppings, priced per store
Delivery zones with address geocoding, and live order tracking for the customer
Bordereaux processing for South African UMAs and short-term insurance brokers — messy partner spreadsheets in, clean insurer-ready output and a full audit trail out.
One pipeline end to end: upload → map → normalise → validate → reconcile → sign-off → export
Column mapping with reusable per-partner templates and drift detection when a partner changes format
AI-assisted mapping suggestions that are deterministic-first and never auto-apply below a confidence threshold
A React Native app for delivery drivers — assigned drops, navigation, proof of delivery, cash reconciliation, and an offline queue built for South African signal.
A driver sees only the deliveries assigned to them, and navigates to the customer
Mark collected, delivered or failed, with failure reasons from a closed, agreed set
Delivery confirmation codes, with a capped retry and recorded reasons for skipping one
You're one engineer — what happens if you're unavailable?
You're never dependent on one person being reachable. Work is scoped into milestones with agreed dates, the code is documented and built to enterprise standards, and it all lives in your own repository and accounts — so any competent engineer can pick it up. Support terms are agreed in writing up front, not left vague.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — in full. The source code, data and accounts are yours and handed over. No lock-in, no per-seat licence on your own software.
How much does a custom app cost?
Most engagements run R75,000–R250,000+ depending on scope. We start with a fixed-price first milestone (from R40,000) so you see working software before committing to the full build.
How is AI used with my data safely?
Your data stays in your systems. AI features are given scoped, least-privilege access to only what they need, with POPIA-aligned handling and audit trails — no quietly shipping your customers' data off to a third party.
Can you maintain and extend it after launch?
Yes. You get a direct line to the engineer who built it for fixes, changes and the next thing you want to add — not a support queue.
